An elegant 3,5 hectare flower garden, la Roseraie is situated next to the Parc des Expositions. This garden was created in 1973 from an encounter between the city parks and gardens service, the Comité de la Rose of Doué-la-Fontaine and the French Rose Society.

400 varieties of roses share the park with other species (irises, peonies, dahlias, clematises...) as well as a hundred different varieties of trees and shrubs. A kiosk, a pergola, a small pond and rock gardens adorn the outdoor rooms making this a perfect relaxing olfactory walk not to miss.
